Escape Domestic Violence

Like so many women, Gerel stayed in an abusive situation because she had nowhere else to go. In the picture on the left with her 2 year-old daughter, Gerel is six months pregnant. Because of a Gift of Hope, Gerel and her daughter received help to stay at a shelter and, eventually, a safe, permanent home of their own. Today, Gerel, her daughter, and her new baby are doing great and rebuilding their lives. Your Gift of Hope will provide one night of safety to a woman and her children, helping them escape a violent situation and empowering them so they will never have to return!
