Send a Girl to School for International Women’s Day
Around the world, women and girls are stuck in poverty because of gender bias. Nowhere is gender bias more evident in a girl’s life than in her access to education.
When funds are limited or crises occur, many families send their sons to school and keep their daughters home. But without an education, girls have small chance of ever rising out of poverty. This isn’t fair.
That’s why this International Women’s Day, we are working to #EmbraceEquity by sending 25 girls to school!
Each $150 raised sends one girl living in poverty to school for a year. Whatever you can give will change her life!
