For families already living in poverty, all it takes is one crisis to send them over the edge. Right now, your gift to Holt's crisis response fund will quickly deliver food and other immediate essentials to families in urgent need due to the coronavirus pandemic. In many countries, families have lost jobs or are in quarantine and unable to buy food. Schools are closed and children who relied on free school lunch have nothing to eat. But your gift can provide a safety net — helping children and families survive this global crisis. Your gift of $75 will provide emergency food and water for 10 people.

We carefully match these gifts with children and families who have the highest level of need. The number of gifts received of a particular item sometimes exceeds what is needed by children and families in our programs. In these circumstances, Holt redirects your donation to provide similar items of greatest need.
